Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refund requests, cancellations, exchanges, returns, and product issues are handled for StableFX Robots products and services.

By purchasing any product from StableFX Robots, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy, our Terms of Service, our Risk Disclosure, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Product Notice

StableFX Robots products are digital products. They may include Expert Advisors, MetaTrader files, set files, software licenses, license activation, installation guides, product documentation, download access, trading tools, updates, and support services.

Because our products are digital and may be delivered immediately or manually activated after purchase, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, licensed, activated, or used, refund eligibility may be limited.

2. No Physical Returns

We do not sell physical products through StableFX Robots. Therefore, there are no physical returns, return shipping, return labels, or product exchanges for physical goods.

The term “returns” in this policy refers only to refund review, cancellation review, license access, digital delivery, or support resolution for digital products.

3. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

If you placed an order but have not yet received product files, download access, license activation, account binding, manual setup, or support-based delivery, you may contact us to request order cancellation.

Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. If the order has not been delivered, activated, processed, or accessed, we may approve a cancellation and refund the payment using the original payment method where possible.

4. Refunds After Digital Delivery

Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, licensed, activated, installed, configured, or manually supported, refunds may be limited because the product is digital and cannot be fully returned.

This includes situations where you have received EA files, set files, documentation, license credentials, download links, account activation, installation assistance, Telegram support, or other digital access related to your purchase.

5. Eligible Refund Situations

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product.
  • Accidental duplicate order made by the same customer.
  • Payment was completed but the product was not delivered or activated after reasonable support contact.
  • The product delivered was materially different from the product purchased.
  • A technical issue prevents access or activation, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after receiving access to the product.
  • You purchased the wrong product but already received files, access, license activation, or support.
  • You expected guaranteed profit, fixed monthly income, or specific trading results.
  • You experienced trading losses, drawdown, broker issues, slippage, spread changes, or market volatility.
  • Your broker, VPS, account type, symbol settings, leverage, or platform setup is incompatible after ignoring product requirements or support guidance.
  • You did not read the product description, requirements, setup instructions, Terms of Service, or Risk Disclosure before purchase.
  • You refuse to provide reasonable information needed for troubleshooting, such as screenshots, platform details, broker name, order number, or error messages.
  • You violated our license terms, shared files, attempted to resell the product, or engaged in unauthorized use.
  • You request a refund due to trading performance, market conditions, or personal trading decisions.

7. Trading Performance Is Not a Refund Basis

StableFX Robots does not guarantee profit, income, account growth, win rate, drawdown limit, monthly return, or future trading results. Expert Advisors are trading tools, not guaranteed income systems.

Refunds will not be issued solely because a trade lost money, the market changed, drawdown occurred, your account did not grow as expected, your broker execution differed, or the product did not produce the performance you personally expected.

Please review our Risk Disclosure before purchasing or using any Expert Advisor.

8. Technical Support Before Refund Review

If you believe the product is not working correctly, please contact support before requesting a refund. Many issues are caused by incorrect installation, wrong MetaTrader version, broker symbol suffix, missing permissions, VPS settings, incorrect lot size, insufficient margin, or account configuration.

We may ask you to provide screenshots, order number, product name, MetaTrader version, broker name, VPS details, journal logs, expert logs, or error messages. This information helps us investigate the issue and provide a fair resolution.

9. License Deactivation After Refund

If a refund is approved, your license, download access, product access, update access, support access, and any related activation may be disabled, revoked, or terminated.

You must stop using the product after a refund is issued. You may not continue to use, copy, share, resell, distribute, or modify any refunded product.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may delay support and may result in suspension of license access while the payment issue is under review.

We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery records, license activation records, support history, download logs, and communication history to payment processors or dispute resolution providers when responding to payment disputes.

11. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, currency conversion, or payment processor.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, blockchain networks, currency conversion, or third-party payment systems.

12. Promotional Pricing and Discounts

If you purchased a product using a discount, coupon, special offer, bundle, or promotional price, any approved refund will be based on the amount actually paid, not the regular product price.

Discounts, coupons, promotional offers, and limited-time pricing cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively unless we explicitly agree in writing.

13. Product Exchanges

Product exchanges may be considered at our discretion if you purchased the wrong product and have not yet received files, license activation, download access, or support delivery.

Once a product has been delivered, activated, downloaded, or used, exchanges may be limited. If an exchange is approved, price differences may apply.

14. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us through the official support channels listed on our Contact page.

Please include:

  • Your full name and email address.
  • Your order number or payment reference.
  • The product name you purchased.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Screenshots, error messages, or technical details if the request is related to a product issue.
  • Any prior communication with support.

15. Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve, deny, partially approve, offer support, provide replacement access, reset a license, exchange a product, or request more information depending on the circumstances.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

16. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. If applicable law gives you rights that cannot be excluded or limited, those rights will continue to apply.

Because consumer rights for digital products may vary by country or region, users are responsible for understanding the laws that apply to them. If required by applicable law, we will comply with mandatory refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or consumer protection obligations.
