Risk Disclosure Statement
This Risk Disclosure applies to all products, services, software, Expert Advisors, set files, trading tools, educational materials, website content, performance reports, backtests, and support communications provided by StableFX Robots.
By accessing this website, purchasing any product, downloading any file, installing any Expert Advisor, using any set file, or applying any information provided by StableFX Robots, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described on this page.
1. Trading Risk
Foreign exchange, CFDs, gold, commodities, indices, and other leveraged trading instruments involve a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all traders. You may lose part or all of your trading capital. You should not trade with money that you cannot afford to lose.
Market prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Trading results can be affected by volatility, liquidity, spread, slippage, execution speed, broker rules, leverage, margin requirements, market gaps, news events, server delays, and technical failures.
2. No Financial Advice
StableFX Robots provides trading software, technical tools, educational content, and product support only. Nothing on this website should be considered financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, account configuration, broker selection, risk settings, lot size, leverage, and use of any Expert Advisor.
3. No Guaranteed Profit
StableFX Robots does not guarantee profit, income, account growth, drawdown limits, win rate, monthly return, or future performance. Any performance information shown on this website is provided for informational purposes only.
Past performance, verified trading history, screenshots, backtests, strategy tests, or Myfxbook results do not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and an Expert Advisor that performed well in one period may perform differently in another period.
4. Expert Advisor and Automation Risk
Expert Advisors are automated trading tools. Automation can help execute a strategy, but it cannot remove market risk, execution risk, technical risk, or user error. An EA may open, manage, or close trades in a way that results in loss.
Trading performance may vary depending on broker conditions, account type, spread, commission, leverage, symbol naming, VPS quality, internet connection, server latency, platform settings, trading hours, and the specific set file used.
5. Backtest and Simulation Risk
Backtests, simulations, and strategy tester reports are based on historical data and assumptions. They may not accurately reflect live trading conditions. Backtests can be affected by data quality, modeling method, tick accuracy, spread assumptions, commission, slippage, execution delay, and broker-specific conditions.
A profitable backtest does not mean the same result will occur on a live account. Live trading can produce materially different results from historical tests.
6. Verified Result Risk
Verified results, including third-party tracking pages, are historical records only. They do not guarantee that similar performance will continue in the future. Trading results can change after publication, and users should always review the latest available data before making any decision.
Metrics such as gain, drawdown, profit factor, monthly return, balance, equity, and win rate should be reviewed together. A single performance number should not be used as the only basis for evaluating any trading system.
7. Broker and Execution Risk
Different brokers may produce different trading results even when using the same Expert Advisor and settings. Results can vary due to spread, commission, swap, slippage, liquidity, order execution, stop level, symbol suffix, leverage, contract size, trading sessions, and account restrictions.
StableFX Robots is not responsible for losses caused by broker execution, broker restrictions, platform errors, server downtime, account limitations, or changes in trading conditions.
8. Technical Risk
Automated trading depends on technology. Losses may occur due to VPS failure, internet disconnection, MetaTrader errors, incorrect installation, wrong settings, insufficient margin, platform updates, power outage, server latency, or user misconfiguration.
You should monitor your trading account regularly, even when using an automated system.
9. User Responsibility
Before using any StableFX Robots product on a live account, you should test it on a demo account, review all settings, understand the risk parameters, and decide whether the product is suitable for your financial situation and risk tolerance.
You are responsible for deciding whether to use our products, how much capital to allocate, which broker to use, what risk level to apply, and whether to continue or stop trading.
10. Limitation of Liability
StableFX Robots, its owners, team members, partners, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, lost profits, technical failures, broker issues, data errors, account restrictions, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, website, content, or support.
By using StableFX Robots products, you accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes and agree that you use our software and information at your own risk.
11. Seek Independent Advice
If you are unsure whether forex, CFD, gold trading, or automated trading is suitable for you, seek advice from an independent financial professional, legal advisor, tax advisor, or qualified professional in your jurisdiction before trading.
